It won't be changed. Bella, our time has ended, but there are still whole other generations who are more than capable of filling the void we may leave behind. Don't say "our". Your time has ended, but not mine. Mine continues elsewhere, where my voice matters even now. Tremorton should have just ended and had a different forum made. So please, don't expect anything positive out of me about this.. "new generation" continuing it. It's nothing good to me. THANK YOU. Better yet, abandon the idea of a new forum.

This is saddening. I know I haven't been around, but it's because I've lost interest. That's part of the sad part. My life has gotten so hectic, and there was just so little to do here. The original members have all gone, but I don't want to give up. I don't know, I want us to at least make it one more year. A change of focus is probably necessary, focus on what WE created. That's what always made me love Tremorton and Tremorton High. It was a world that I had helped create, along with everyone else. I want to focus on that again. I just haven't got any idea where to start. All my great stories are gone, right when I need them most.

Can I say I disagree? Because I do believe that new structures can rise up, because I believe the foundation that we all stand upon is one that is solid and has withstood the test of time so far. Let's continue building upon it in order that we may reach new heights not thought of by those that came before us.

My opinions: -Don't change the forum. If you change it, you'll lose more than you gain. -We're getting new users, and this forum is free to run....there's actually NO REASON to dismantle it. -Those who are here now are the ones who will make this forum great. Just becuase it doesn't get "attention" and isn't "popular" doesn't mean it's not worth keeping. -Just look at all the active thirdgens! And you're saying it's on life support? Once again, if there's anything that us newbs can do to help, let us know. Maybe there'd be more activity if the Roleplaying boards were reastablished (!)[/b], but maybe that's just me.

Wow. I get motivated from a friend on Deviantart to come back and get greeted with this?
Why should the forum close down? It seems to be doing fine, and even if a few of the older members have left, there still appears to be newer members coming in to keep the place going.
This place shouldn't be closed down just because you think so. As long as people are still logging on and taking part, then it should stay. It's only if a time comes when no-one comes here and the board starts to get overrun by bots with their nonstop ads (as I've sadly seen on other dead forums) that it should be closed down (and fast). And that day hasn't come yet.

It seems that optimism has outweighed pessimism.

Sad that it has to end this way, but it's probably for the best. I suggest keeping it up, but if we do, we would all need to promote the board more often.

Wow...now I'm really, really sorry that I vanished. 'Course, if this had happened while I was here, I would probably have been all in a tizzy over it...which just would have spelled problems for me.
*sigh* It's a shame. Unfortunately, death and taxes are the only certainties. Immortality is only an ideal, though something can live forever in our memories...at least until we too fall. (Great, now I've depressed myself...) But if we tell our stories, the memory shall not die, so long as the stories continue. Too bad this is a fansite, not an bardic poem of epic legends...
One question, totally unrelated: is "Go to 4chan" the internet version of "go to H3ll"?

To answer your question, yes. 4chan is the forum equivalent to Hell. Have never been there myself, but don't plan on it. XD
I once again would like to point out that there's actually no reason (other than people being depressed over the fact that some people left) to get rid of the forum...it's free and it's getting new members. Smaller forums can be more organized, and have a better chance of it's members' ideas being recognized.

As long as people still like the forum, I say we keep it.
