Oh, there are just so many ways... Well, I would use Mazinger Z's Rust Hurricane. No robot to date has been able to survive that attack, and most of those robots aren't prone to rusting like Jenny is.

Well, Jenny's far from invincible. If she were, the show would be a lot less fun; we'd know that she can handle whatever's thrown her way instead of wondering if she'll make it out alive.
I think the only in-universe example of something able to take Jenny down without a problem are the Pip crystals. The Krusts were simply playing with her for the most part, but Jenny was able to take advantage of their disdain for unfashionable clothes. Any sane person, on the other hand, wouldn't bother responding to a fashion magazine under the influence of the Pip crystals. If you have them, you are a [glow=red,2,300]god of death[/glow]. And not even Jenny would be able to escape that. Of course, the Pip crystals are locked away next to the Ark of the Covenant.
Jenny also seems pretty susceptible to viruses, but as has been remarked earlier in this thread, it's unlikely she's the only Jenny out there. Hell, Nora is probably so used to making new parts that - if she had to - she could make two new Jennys by the time the first were destroyed. Plus, if she were to have a digital backup system that accepted live streaming information, Jenny could have her old intelligence back; it'd be as though she were never gone, except that she'd know what took her out, and how to avoid it again.
With that, I think the only solution to take Jenny out would be the complete and utter annihilation of her home while she's still in it. Of all of the aspects of Nora's plans for world protection, this has to be the worst; she has the XJ operation centered out of her own house, and as far as we can tell has no backup centers anywhere. A precise tactical nuke would obliterate the house, Jenny, Nora, XJs 1 - 8, all data pertaining to her life, everything. Granted, I'm sure that Skyway Patrol has organized quite the dossier on Jenny, but nowhere detailed enough to duplicate her if the need arose (and given their attitude, why would they?)
Nora's best way to counter this problem would be to install covert operations centers around the world. It's clear that she has quite a bit of money - whether it's from her times as a world famous Skyway Patrol officer, resulting from beneficial research, donations from thankful people rescued by Jenny, who knows - and I'm sure she could afford at least one, but there'd have to be numerous back-ups spread out across the world, hundreds if not thousands of them. If someone is able to afford a tactical nuke, chances are they have been able to hoard a large amount of them. And if Jenny is enough of a threat to whomever it is, they would be willing to go whole hog to make sure she doesn't come back.
That's where people like Sheldon would come in; he genuinely cares about the XJ project (and Jenny herself, of course), so giving him access to Jenny's plans and all other data important to the project would ensure that there was a second party involvement; if Nora's not around, Sheldon is. He also has enough technical knowhow to build his own robot (suit), so if he had to, it's likely he'd be able to create his own Jenny (if he hasn't already, heh-heh...)

How to defeat my little sis...? ;D The thing is, she's fully armed and has a smarty A.I head. Sometimes EMP doesn't work with her ability in transformation (EMP doesn't affect when she is underground). In the underwater battle, plasma and laser work less effective than in the air, so torpedo and missile are the best (Unfortunately, she's much faster than those things). Here's my little strategies for beating up my little sister: +Land battle: -EMP Shotgun: 1 shot can send her to the Cybertron Heaven. -CQC (Close Quarter Combat): Unadvised tactic because she's very good at melee. But, if you use Lightsabers or laser melee weapons, they shall pierce her metal skin and destroy the inner system that will make my little sis deactivated. +Air battle (can be used in space battle too): -Dogfighting: Simple tactic of fighter pilots. Let her chase and shoot. When in the good distance, instantly turn your head that will confuse Jenn. Or when she outran, low the speed quickly and chase her again. If success, the chance of taking her down will be very high. +Sea battle: There's 2 situations: -If she stay distance: Approaching her is unadvised. So stay sharp and evade her shot. Save your ammo not only for enduring the battle, it also can surprise her later. EMP Sniper rifles are advised, but watch for the wind. -If she getting close: If you self-confide that you're good enough to face her, just use CQC. If not, stay distance and use EMP Shotgun. Now it's the time to spray the damm pellets (Or you're dead ). +Underwater battle: -EMP Depth charges: There's 2 tactics: spray it everywhere or use it when she's in the blast radius. The second has a better accuracy but can be very dangerous if you're a robot (Like me, cos you will be affected too). Do you think so? ;D

I'd comment, but i beat up on Jenny enough in my fanfics... So, aside from this comment, i'll sit this one out.

I don't know why I would.
But if I would, do you suppose Weegee's Stare would work on her? Maybe it might, but then again, Medusa's stare as we had heard, would have no effect on her, so it's questionable if Weegee's Stare would.

1. Arm yourself with plasmids (if you've played BioShock, you'd know what I'm talking about) 2. Distract her with a Target Dummy 3. Elecro Bolt on her to disrupt her circuits 4. Freeze Jenny with Winter Blast 5. Defrost her with Incinerate to melt the ice to make her rust and short curcuit. 6. Finish her with another Winter Blast then make your escape.

Escape means nothing when she already knew you. Maybe you're safe now, but who'll sure you will be again next time. Remember, Jenny's smart and have a good memory. She won't have a mercy when meeting you again.
I won't make sure it'll be effective. My little Jenn have a good stability with the temperature and her inner system are protected by strong alloys which can immune to electricity and temperature. So, with my ideas, don't try to freeze or bake her, just pierce her...

How about this?
Step 1: Make a contract with Kyubey Step 2: Take down a few witches Step 3: Wish on Kyubey to have Jenny spontaneously completely explode Step 4: ?? Step 5: Profit

Well, this time, I'll protect my little sis at all cost.
Step 1: Contact with Misty (she should do the trick!) Step 2: Scouting for your position... Step 3: Have a surprise attack, let's you sink in the deep of confusion that will let you out of the wishes Step 4: Take out your life at all cost... Step 5: I'm also have to pay the price...
Despite everything, I always protect her (not the previous ones).

It's pretty easy now. I got the easiest. Facts. She's already dead. The show's over.
