It's pretty easy now. I got the easiest. Facts. She's already dead. The show's over. Ha ha, nope. Tethercat Principle. She doesn't die on the show, she's not dead.

The show is over doesn't mean that Jenn's dead. If she's really dead, why we are still discussing about her. Jenny is just now waiting for a successor of Mr. Renzetti, and now I saw a lot of guys can do it. The laws of copyright are now messing with the future of Jenn...

XD Besides you guys are all thinking over the top, remember the first episode that Sheldon appeared.. what did they do to get her? Simple. Magnet... Oh snap!

It's pretty easy now. I got the easiest. Facts. She's already dead. The show's over. Only in this universe. I traversed to an alternate one where it didnt end... meh... No realisticly Jenny's not that hard to defeat. She'll probably trip on a plot hole anyway

As if I were an Antagonist? (Should've documented that along with it)
There are ways to defeat the heroine, but such thoughts should not be even attempted.
But, if the thread would propose the situation, my ultimate insertion could go like this:
BREAK HER HEART.
As in, take her mother, Nora Wakeman, hostage, threaten to kill her, and force Jenny to succumb to evil, and mentally accept defeat.
Since Jenny has an adolescent AI with a purpose of saving humanity, her weakness is exposed from what made her become who she is in the first place. There is a very powerful form of bonding between the parent and its child, no matter the circumstances. When that bond is broken, anything associated with that bond will not be sustained, because its a burden that "overwrites" those protocols. Jenny loves her mom. It has been shown that way via "Tradeshow Showdown", "Mama Drama", "Escape from Cluster Prime", and "Turncoats".
For those that would so say "defeat" Jenny, this is my input. However, if the scenario would be carried out, jobs help her.

However, if the scenario would be carried out, jobs help her. Knowing Jenny, I think she'd still bounce back from that. That's just what she does. I mean, you'll definitely scar her, but the thing about scars is that with help they'll eventually stop hurting. When Jenny stops hurting, she'll come for you, dude. I really do think that despite her adolescent programming, Jenny is psychologically indomitable. It's why we all love her so much. As for me, I'd take Jenny on in a straight-up fight and prey primarily on her weaknesses as a robot. Power drain, rust corrosion, software viruses, all at the same time.

Agreed.
I may have approached this a bit too "psychologically".
But, in terms of physical combat, my OC has attempted AI takeover (in my fan-fiction), but failed, and has befriended her.
If my OC, for any reason, were to go hostile against Jenny, in his most weakened condition (no network connection in physical form), he will resort to pyrotechnic measures. Dragon's Breath shotgun shells might put some holes in her, but she may have some combustible fluids in her (she drinks WD-40 motor oil). She might explode from internal combustion, and scatter her parts all over. But, she can re-figure herself as shown in "Pest control","Gridiron Glory", "Around the World in Eighty Pieces", "Mind Over Matter", and "Legion of Doom".
However, since she is the master protagonist in the show, it's very hard to so say "defeat" Jenny. Again, to those that would think about going up against her should rethink that, in spite of the weaknesses mentioned.
