This is going to be a long list since they had long time. Do you want cartoon cartoons or any show that ever was shown in that channel? Here are a few of my favorites and recommendations for people to watch: Secret squirrel from 2 stupid dogs: why hasn’t this got the green light yet. Scooby and yogi are good but this was Hana Barbara Batman. Samurai jack: do I need to say why? This series was considered their peak. There said to be working on a movie. Megas xlr: this series had the most fun. Show this to someone who needs a laugh. Dial M for monkey: a super powered monkey fighting against evil. Pirates of dark water: this series made me wait for the ending for 15 years. Whacky races: a racing cartoon pulling any antics to win. I have check on their rule book. This was awesome Justice League: This series shows how to end the series right. Take notes from it

Elaborate on the HHPAY story, Adam. xD You've aroused my curiosity. shinhihipuffyamiyumidreams.b1.jcink.com/index.php?showtopic=623&hl=lane should explain a good amount. When I first saw Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi before I started my Carribean cruise for New Years, the designs for Ami and Yumi gathered my attention (the first episode I saw was Robo-Pop). When the cruise was over, I saw a commercial for it on one of the televisions at the airport before I got on my plane. After I heard what the name of the show was, I wrote it down and did some research on it and found a forum dedicated to it. I wanted to see more of that show, I got to see 3 more episodes at the hotel we were at in Maui (we were invited to a friend's wedding there, same couple who invited us to the cruise on New Years). The show finally started airing on Canadian television, I started taping episodes that airred so I could keep the episodes as memories of when a dark age of my life turned into a golden age. (since I got to go on a cruise, trip to maui, trip to Ontario (we were living in British Columbia at the time) and school was starting to get better. To make a long story short, to me, HHPAY symbolizes hope in a way) You would've had to be with me during that time to understand.

-The Powerpuff Girls -Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends -Dexter's Laboratory -The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy -Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi -Kids Next Door -Courage the Cowardly Dog -Time Squad -Ed, Edd and Eddy -Teen Titans -Camp Lazlo -The Life and Times of Juniper Lee -Totally Spies -Pokemon
EDIT: That's interesting about HHPAY. I went through the same thing with PPG. Well, sort of. It gave me hope. Some of the only memories I have from when I was a child are watching and playing Powerpuff Girls and Pokemon, sort of escaping reality through those shows and feeling like I could battle against figurative monsters with them at my side. I know it's weird but somehow it made me feel a bit braver. I guess that's why so many cartoon characters feel so close to me many times even closer than anyone in my real life.
