I would have to say both as well.

Todos. (everything, but I really mean both) More violent descriptions in fanfics or art will give the viewer a greater understanding of the complex emotions (if there are any) that are to be conveyed in whatever piece the artist or writer has made.

SEX IS EXCLUDED. ProBoards ToS. Nooo, "adult content" is excluded, of which "sex" is one example. So the board can't have anything erotic or pornographic, but we're at least allowed to talk about sex. Heck, it can even be a part of fanart and fanfics, as long as the graphic details are left out. Or do you really think ProBoards will bring down the banhammer for the merest mention of the reproductive organs?

It is a crime for adults to use a computer to communicate to minors about sex.

...at all? You've gotta be kidding me. To "solicit" minors for sex, yes, that's definitely illegal. But to "communicate" about it? Aren't there entire websites dedicated to educating under-18 scamps about sexual health and whatnot? Are you telling me that those websites are, in fact, illegal across the United States? Because I think that would come as a shock to the webmasters, the users, and the police.
What, do I have to throw in a disclaimer every time I dare speak of procreation?
Either you're reading way too much into things, or the majority of Congresspersons are legally retarded. (Both possibilities are equally plausible in my eyes.)

If you're going to add more mature themes to the site, then include sex. It's not like it's going to destroy our "fragile little minds." I look at stuff all the time, and I've never gotten in trouble. I talk about it with people. It's not going to make that much of a difference.

Well as a matter of act, yes. It is entirely illegal for adults to use a computer to talk to minors about sex AT ALL.
The DIFFERENCE with sexual health sites are that they do not feature live chatrooms or forums, and they are LEGALLY sanctioned and watched by the government.
Finally, this has been an issue before. Everything has it's place. THIS is NOT the place for that kind of thing. You've got the entire internet. Why force it on this one little site?

I'm with Z. This really isn't the place to approch sexual toppics head-on. This is a fan commuinity. Not a hentai forum.
Anyways, what do you mean by "love" anyways? Like, detailed romance that involes touching, french kissing, and other romantic, non-sexual acts?

Well as a matter of act, yes. It is entirely illegal for adults to use a computer to talk to minors about sex AT ALL. Even though it's not illegal for them to do so in person. AT ALL. Even though it's not illegal for them to do so over the phone. AT ALL. Even though it's not illegal for them to do so through the mail. AT ALL. That does it. I'm calling your bluff. I'm throwing down the gauntlet. Proof or GTFO my Internets, n00b.Finally, this has been an issue before. Everything has it's place. THIS is NOT the place for that kind of thing. You've got the entire internet. Why force it on this one little site? We're not talking about hentai. We're talking about topics that are perfectly reasonable for mature people to discuss. Part of the fun of the show is trying to figure out if and how Jenny emulates specific human bodily functions and behaviors. And one of those human bodily functions and behaviors, like it or not, is sexual reproduction. Would Dr. Wakeman allow her daughter to be able to consummate a relationship with a human? If so, why? If not, why not? And could anything fruitful come of such a consummation? Some freakish little cyborg baby, for instance? These are valid questions for fans to ask. And I will not be denied the right to ask these questions because of some paranoid fear that your beloved forum will become the next WWOEC.

Apparently (after deep research) I misread the code. It forbids anything under the circumstance that there is intent for exploitation. Score for you Hunter. 3. We STILL do not know how the government DEFINES who can discuss such topics with minors. This is a gray area, for further study is needed. 4. We are STILL under the ProBoards ToS. It would be best to see THEIR definition. This site's existence depends on it. And finally... Don't you EVER disrespect me on MY site like that EVER AGAIN! If I don't do it to you, you don't do it to me.

I wasn't bluffing. I REALLY believed that.
Look, you all talk about being civil to each other, and you turn around and talk to me like that. That's not cool man. I know I don't talk to anyone here like that.
I'm trying to loosen things up, but now your just shoving me around. You're denying me MY rights. I can can only give up so much.
If you want it so badly, why don't you just make your own forum? Why force me to put it here?

Be ready for an official, non-negotiable judgment.
