I've been working on a more complicated mech design lately, any thoughts? Keep in mind that this robot splits up and transforms into 3 different modes, as well as separate animal components. I'm aiming for a perfect transformation

Hmmm... looks ok, but i think the shoulders are a little bit to big, forcing the arms to be a little bit too low. I suggest, if you want, to either make the shoulders smaller to raise the height of the arms, or to raise the shoulders themselves up along with the arms.
Remember that most of these mechs take after human design, so consider the basic human art skeleton as a reference point.

Also, it's not there at this time, but don't over-complicate the outer design and armor of the mech. Give it too much will make people wonder "how can it move with that much stuff?"
Like i said, it's not at that point yet, but just be careful anyway.

Relax, I'm not aiming for a bayformers aesthetic, I'm more-or-less aiming for something from the Brave/Eldoran saga.
