Pixar doesn't count, right? Well there's already a thread for that... so in no particular order:
Always a fan of the 90's and late 80's, my list is as follows: Aladdin Mulan Hercules Little Mermaid Beauty and the Beast Nightmare Before Christmas Pocahontas Hunchback of Notre Dame Tarzan
Though I love the classics too: Dumbo Jungle Book Bambi Lady and the Tramp Robin Hood The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh Cinderella
Some of the 2000s are pretty good: Tangled Enchanted (I just love the parody of the Disney Princesses) Princess and the Frog Lilo and Stitch

Oh that's right! The Muppet Christmas Carol is Disney! I'll have to add that one. Brother Bear! I forgot quite a bit. Emperor's New Groove... Bolt... Meet the Robinsons (You didn't say those, I just forgot them)
Also, what was with that "Okay movie's over" thing?

It happened just at the beginning of the movie, after the song "Circle of Life" was done and they showed the title, I said "okay, movie's over, time to go home" everyone just started laughing.

One of my favorites would be Sword in the Stone on the basis of the characters. Merlin is the perfect balance between a cranky old man and a fun-loving teacher, Wart may seem innocent and Jesus-esque perfect but he still has negative emotion and is a learning character, Mad Madam Mim is one of the few Disney villains to NOT get killed off, and even Ector shows some motivation and reason to his action.
Still, Wart has a HORRIBLE singing voice.
