As you know there is a Transformer has a new series called Rescue Bots that is a little surprising. This series deals with crew dealing with humans and not fighting the Decepticons. That kind of turn some fans off as it humans are the main plot of the series, less likely to deal with the Decepticons and Optimisus Prime will not be seen most of the time. I see it as they better develop the human characters and not just follow the stereotype background roster. The kid is on the communication monitors so he won’t do any stupid hi jinks. I still need to evaluate the transformers but there is helicopter named blades who is afraid of heights which reminds me of someone. Heatwave is a surprise as he is ready to disobey Optimus plans until kid showed him otherwise by being nice. He hates pretending which makes it interesting. There was episode of rampaging dinosaurs which reminds me of the animated series. Let it be known they did take notes animated and it will live on in the carnations.

I could see how the lack of Decepticons can turn a lot of people off. Ever since Animated was cancelled, they've been getting the shaft everywhere. The movies, toy releases (and toy quiality), roles in the shows....
There were so many great Decepticon villains, too. Megatron is a given, of course, but there's also Predaking, Shockwave (who's been getting the spotlight he deserves recently), Lugnut (an instant favorite), then there's Straxus, the Decepticon that ripped Optimus Prime in half. The sea level then rose five feet.
But still, there could be hope. I mean, there is PLENTY of room for human villains. M.E.C.H. from Transformers Prime, for example. So long as we don't get those stupid Adam West villains we've been getting from Transformers Animated, I'm set. But considering the aesthetic of the show, something like that is the best I can hope for...

Watching episode one now.
THOSE DINO-ROBOTS LOOK AWFULLY FAMILIAR, DOO-HOO!!!
Also, that bulldozer-Autobot is so obviously Bulkhead, and he'll be referred as such by me from now on.

Familiarity is part of the course Boulder reminds me one of of the constructicons while cop car is part of the course prowl, red alert, even the Decepticons have one named Barricade. Now there is Chase that is the current cop car transformer's name. I think this series is going to be experiment to make good human characters which transformers needs help in. I liked Angry Archer from Transformers animated but Ihave subtract points for Headmaster.

saw the new episodes of transformers prime. Arcee was a good character as she we saw dealing with the the destroyed cybertron. Jack is starting to get better too but the rest of the autobots and humans still need work. The Autobots have fought Decepticons for centuries they should know by now. Optimus Prime returning to Orion Pax was a great idea. They could done better with him but it was OK. The rescue bots are cute and character are more understandable from the characters.

Well I can say that I really like the Transformers series. I've been a Trans-Fan ever since Beast Wars (though sadly, I never experienced the original G1). I still like them today, and I even have a ton of Transformers figures, a couple of them unopened too. My favorite series has to be TF Kissplayers, for it has a bunch of super adorable, cuddly, and moe' girls to it and some neat bots, followed closely by Armada, which introduced the Mini-Cons to the series. My least favorite though has to be TF Animated, which butchered the series badly with worse character design and setting, and foes such as the Head-Master and Nanosec. I'm also familair with the Comic series and some other more obscure TF stuff such as the Titanium figure series.
Also has anyone here ever attended the BotCon Transformer conventions? I've attended it twice and they are pretty darn good. They got loads of stuff that Trans-fans would enjoy. Also every BotCon, they sell a collection of exclusive BotCon-only figures, which I would buy if it weren't for the outrageous price of them (they usually sell it for like $250, which is way too much for the number of ones they include).

I was hoping to see more from MECH from Transformers: Prime. I am kind of disappointed on the episode named Human Factor
