I am angry and I have no idea what to do with it. I can't write or draw because I want to rip the paper to peices at the sight of it, I'm not going to play games because I've been on a frustrating losing streak (which cause my anger to begin with), and I'm surprised I can coherently write because I want to smash the computer for all of the ads and problems it's giving me.
Does someone not care for their well-being? If so, I'd really like to meet you in person.

So why don't you calm yourself down, turn down everything messing you and relax. A deep breath when every bla-blas surround you gone will get you out of stress pretty quick.

Doing a whole lot of nothing can be just as therapeutic. Watch some TV for a bit. Shut that brain down for a while, you'll feel a lot better.
