Do you think forums are still a viable method of connecting with people in the age of social media?
I have kept this site up on the off chance that new fans could use it, but the show is dead. It is by all means unlikely. Even the MLaaTR Rebooted forum is going through a dry spell. I wonder if it's own staff is still interested.
Have we really talked about all we could?
I have thought about shutting down several times over the years, but now I think I've kept it up solely on conviction. Tremorton is going to be around for a long, long time.

I suppose you have your answer. And that is mainly because forums aren't great for phones. I've had good luck and useful interactions on Facebook groups. Like it or not right now Facebook is the main hub of social interaction (especially for people our age).

To your first question: yes, and it will still be no matter what the case may be.
As for the other question: the forum you made is a place where those affiliated with My Life as a Teenage Robot can have a place for social communications, whether it's about the show or not. The show may have been cancelled, but there's this one term that keeps its subject alive, and that is "Legacy". Something handed down from the past, and will still be alive beyond our own deaths.
The Rebooted project is still hard at work, and even Rob Renzetti himself is spectating it (not contributing to it though, as Viacom/Nickelodeon owns the original show he made, and keep lining their pockets with money over the value of his work). The project may take some time, so patience is recommended.
As for thoughts on closing the forum: DON'T.
The reason why is based on what you said. No need to feel guilty on something that didn't last, because the things that impact us from it, will.
Think about that.
