Ooooookay, gonna wing this.
This is an Avatar TLA roleplay.
Premise:
It's been 10 years since the Battle of Sozin. Groups of rebels loyal to Ozia are scattered throughout the world, and have been terrorizing small towns in an effort to create unrest in the new world. Aang has begun training new airbenders at the western airtemple. Toph is teaching young earth benders advanced techniques in earth bending. Any other details, I'll let you guys hammer out throughout the RP.
We'll do this story style. Just do your own thing.
OCs okay. Main characters will be involved.
Soooooo... okay, start.

I'm taking Toph, and an OC... eh... Dak, a student.
EDIT:
Alright, I'll use Aang as well. I have a plot in mind.

The western air temple is quiet and serene. It is disturbed as mighty winds blow from the inside.
In the grand hall of the temple new young air benders practice their exercises. They move with grace and precision. The wind they produce are as gentle as a breeze, and a strong as a gust.
As they finish their exercise, Avatar Aang rises from his stage overlooking the group.
He proclaims in a slightly deeper, yet still warm and kind voice, "Well done! You may take leisure for rest of this day!"
Excited, the young air benders grab their gliders and take to flight outside.
Aang smiles and leaves the room; searching the temple grounds for a certain someone...

Katara is laying on a temple balcony, waiting for Aang to finish his teaching.
I wonder how the rest are doing, she thinks, even though she already knew the answer.
Toph was doing her thing, teaching some other earthbenders her own style, probably at Omashu. Definitely not Gaoling, she giggled.
Sokka and her sister Reka she knew were at the Northern Water Tribe, helping it stretch out. Sokka was teaching the warriors, and knowing him Suki would be there too. Katara wouldn't be suprised if Reka was at least trying to teach waterbending.
She smiles.

Omashu.
The earth quakes. Toph jumps from under the ground, followed by Dak, a promising new student.
He hurls boulders at her, which she easily dodges. She grabs a nearby metal plate from a vendor. She breaks it apart; bending the pieces into shurikens and throws them at Dak.
Dak makes a rock wall to block them and pushes it in Toph's direction. At the same time he catapults himself with a mound. Toph loses track of him.
Dak falls aiming in Toph's direction. He thinks he has her, but she quickly burrows into the ground. Shocked, he lands hard on his feet and knows he's done for.
His feet are trapped by earth bending and Toph rises again with his feet firmly in her grasp. She swings him in circles ans slams him into the ground.
"Nice tactic, but you need to expect the unexpected.", she counsels.
King Bumi claps, impressed with Dak's improvement.

In the Northern Water Tribe...
"So, um..." Reka states, floating a sphere of water for fun. "How were your students?"
"They're getting there," Sokka answers, sharpening his club. He lost his boomerang and sword ten years ago in the final fight, so he had to settle. "At least they're all on the same page now. You?"
"I think they're proceeding smoothly. The kids are about where I was at their age, so..."
"Well, that's good."

Aang finds Katara lost in her thoughts. His stays behind the fountain.
He uses his water bending to slowly partially freeze the water. Then he blows a gentle wind passing the ice, giving Katara a chill.

She shakes her head, not bothering to turn around.
"Aang, I know you're there," she giggles.

Aang comes from behind the fountain and walks up to her. He sits near her feet on the balcony.
"The students are out.", he says with a smile. "I belong to you now. Have you received word from home yet?"

"Not yet, but I have an idea what's going on. Actually, I was wondering about that."

Aang thinks and looks to the sky.
"Say," he replies, "How about we go into town and send a messenger hawk out?"

"Well, you know what happened last time we tried that," Katara chuckled. "Hawkie never came back."

"Oh right...", Aang chuckled. As he looks on he suddenly falls as though stricken.
"Aaaarrgh!"
Visions flash before his eyes. A canyon, an ice cave, a volcano, and the northern air temple. They are obscured as though his connection to the spirit world is being intervened.

"...Aang? AANG!" Katara cries, worried. She grabs his shoulder, trying to snap him out of it.
