Why?

Why does everything I do come to nothing in the end? I've tried to do good for my whole life and I've gotten squat. I go the other end and the world hits me even harder. Why? Why?
Why does the jock who acts like he's the top of the world get the girl? Why don't I get what I've deserved for my whole life? Why does the world like to shove me in the ground and spit on me?
Just to quote a few things: "Why do you have the Keyblade?"- Riku "The treasure belongs to me, by thunder!"- John Silver "He's more powerful than you know, and he deserves to die for what he's done to me."- Starkiller after beating the Emperor

If you think on a big enough scale, the combined efforts of everyone and everything results in nothing.
I felt the same way at one point, but then I asked myself: Why care?
It's not the world that's shoving you to the ground and spitting on you. It's human society that's doing that.
If it's the World itself, if it's Nature itself against you, you're bloody dead unless you're actually trained in survival.
Darwinism, as it's called. A part of me wants to see what it's like to live in a world where there's no superior species on a planet that screws up the environment to the point where I can't even imagine what the area could have looked like before human expansion.
Alas, society won't have that because we are typically greedy sods.
The jock tends to "get the girl" due to short-term means. IE: being a strong dude.
However, I look at Wing Chun, and as I train in that style, I more see just how for naught the jocks really have it.
Seriously, Wing Chun was developed by a woman who wanted to defend herself against bigger, stronger men.
Jocks know diddly in regards to what they're missing out through actual education.
Considering how you make complete sentences, I assume you're well-educated.
So why care? I'd worry about girls once I'm 18, when I'm out of High School, and no longer need to deal with stupid stereotypes and people who make complete idiots of themselves.
... Oh wait, I AM 18...

Don't worry, karma's a wonderful, sadistic b1tch that gets those who deserve her wrath. Unfortunately, she's lazy too (so you might not see results for a little bit). And, also, the ^ is right.
