Give a Valentine to the ones you appreciate most! To Kayla Austin(White Lightning), for listening when I needed to unload, and for the moral support: To Courtney Washington(Jessie Winkler), for letting me use her character and inspiring some of my stories: To Holly(Isabella) for making me feel welcome in my earlier forum days... and not killing me yet: To Samantha(now Selina) for her support when I did Teenage Robot Saga, and for her presence here(She likes hamsters right?): To Mimi(Candyrobot) for starting the MLaaTR fan community, otherwise this forum would not exist: Have a Happy Valentines Day my friends!

I don't need to use pics to show love. All I need to use is words! Zero: Thankyou so much for helping me become a better, stronger person in life. You made me see my deepest flaws and helped me overcome them, and for that, you are like a brother to me. Tachyon: He already knows how much I am happy for everything he has done for me and my family! ;D Jessie: You're such a sweet, and cheerful person! Always fun as ever to be around and see posting on the forums proving ideas and brightening things up! Samantha: Much like Jessie, you've always made this place a lot more happier and brighter with your joy and spunk! Champ: One of the BEST roleplayers around and someone who has been my friend sence Tremorton High!

I don't need to use pics to show love. All I need to use is words! Choosing the right pics can denote thoughfulness and at least attempted insight to how well you know a person, and add power to words. You're still sweet though. * * * I certainly hope this isn't all. Don't be shy. We should all be able to enjoy this day, single or not.

You're right, Z. Valentines day isn't for intimate love, but all kinds of love. Family, platonic, brotherly, and so on!

For anyone we may have missed, know this, that you are still cared for, even if you feel alone, remember that someone is out there, thinking about you. I know I am. What about you? Beautiful World by Utada Hikaru

Who the heck is Saint Valentine? The pimp of the church? An emo, moping nutcase who can't aim worth a tripe in "gameplay mode?"
Oh! Did he invent chocolate? Or the heart shape or something? I'll have to shake his hand if he were alive and actually did invent chocolate, but the heart shape?
Well, let's just say he'd have been a Saint later than expected... if at all... Frickin' over-used shape.

The day is named after a couple of Catholic priests by the same name. There is no record of romance in thier lives but legend states:
St. Valentine was a Christian martyr. In the second century the Roman Catholic Emperor Cluadius II decreed that young men where not allowed to marry, so he could amass a larger army. St Valentine defied this decree and secret married young lovers. When he was caught, he was jailed and sentenced to death. Before his execution on February 14, , he wrote a letter to his own beloved, the jailers daughter. The letter stated "From your Valentine".
With that said, I stop to see if my endeavor has been ruined. I try to do something nice, and this is what I get...

Lol, sorry Z, but some people just don't like Valentines Day(I'm in more of the indifferent crowd this year, but to each his own...). That, and the romantic connotation of the thread name just sort of weird some people out. Also, thank you WL for the kind words, I sincerely appreciate them. You've been a great friend to me since the days of Tremorton High, and I am glad that after all of this time you still consider me a friend.

One sec, I need to celebrate my ingenious guess. TIME TO HIT THE BOOZE! Not really. I'm all for love and such... Well, I'm actually not. But I get where it's coming from, and where it's trying to go. Just don't expect me to lend a jack when it breaks a wheel.

In the words of the great Aussie boxer Jeff Fenech:
"I lub yuze awl!!"
I'm in the group of people that reckon Valentine's Day is marketed to fill in the gap between Christmas and Easter by encouraging us to feel like bastards for not getting a ton of disposable gifts for our partners, but then again it makes a good excuse to go out and do something ludicrously romantic that you'd normally feel self concious about doing any other day of the year.
Plus after the 14th all the unsold chocolates are on sale!!
