Not to be confused with Disney's 2009 flop or Gatchaman, G-Force is an anti-monster organization established in Japan in 1956 to counter the numerous monsters that were mutated or awoken by the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. G-Force is famous for using weapons that the Japanese military would deem ridiculous, the most often used of these being the Maser tanks, using perfected death ray technology developed during WWII. These tanks were extremely effective when used on other human-made structures and vehicles, but they rarely even effected the giant monsters that were G-Force's main focus. By the time they came to terms with this, they designed more war machines with different tactics. However, few of these machines were actually successful and even fewer are still in once piece. With only one surviving machine, G-Force almost went bankrupt and faded from the public eye for a decade in order to recover funds.
However, a scientist by the name of Jericho Slartibarfest joined G-Force's engineering division and proposed that the organization's mecha can be engineered to be humanoid robots. His first success was rebuilding the combining MOGUERA robot and giving it an alternate formation, which has an amazing record of defeating 12 giant monsters with only 15 people injured in the crossfire. He used this as leverage to gain power and with the assistance of his right-hand genius assistant Dr. Hanalore Van Kalpan, soon started his project of rebuilding the Super-X series and combining it into a single Super Robot. At this point he was at the top of the G-Force ladder of power at a surprising young age of 27.
After many victories in its native land of Japan, G-Force is willing to expand its influence to western countries, which have trouble with alien invasions and attacks from alien armadas. That being said, a new robot called Double-X (DX for short) was in development, to serve as backup for the Super-X. During one of its test flights, an armada of war machines appeared without warning and attempted to destroy the robot. Dr. Hanalore, a volunteer pilot, went missing after the unit she was piloting crash-landed, and didn't resurface until 8 months later, having lost her arm and her eye in the battle and replacing her arm with a bionic appendage in her absence.
Now Jericho is in Tremorton along with the pilots of the Super-X Robot in a chase after a wanted scientist by the alias of "Mennacin' Medicine" who is charged with sabotage, kidnapping, espionage, treachery, and terrorism. Back in Japan, G-Force engineers are working on mass-production robots to replace their useless-on-monsters Maser tanks.
