I am about to debunk this b!tch Amazing Atheist style!
Okay, so you're saying fembots are just a sexual sci-fi fantasy? Hmm...
MLaaTR? No.
Diebuster? No.
Transformers? No.
ToHeart OVA? No.
Terminator 3 and Sarah Connor Chronicles? No!
With every single fembot in EVERY SINGLE F**KIN' EXAMPLE is a three-dimensional person with their own desires, motivations, conflicts, likes, dislikes, etc., etc.!
Even if they aren't completely human in character, like in the Terminator Saga, they aren't complete obedient pinups to some adolescent kid. In fact, they're completely badass. T-X from Terminator 3 is as unstoppable as T-1000 and T-200 were, and in concept, it's as if they combined the two. In the Sarah Conor Cronicles, the Terminator is guardian to an adolescent John Conor. Despite how sexist that may be, the Terminator have more of a guardian angel role as opposed to the sex toy that you view each female pop-culture icon to be. In fact, she starts getting her own interests and even hobbies, as opposed to your pointing out something that is to blame for both genders.
Okay, so how about the fembots she's actually bothering to look at? What she says about them is, actually and for the most part, true. These fembots obviously exist only to serve and clean up after their male owners. But honestly, who wouldn't want that? A robot of your gender choosing to do sexual favors, serve you beer food and what have you, and clean up around the house? C'mon, ladies, I KNOW you're just begging for that new Assimo shaped like Optimus Prime, so stop blaming the guys for wanting the same thing, especially when you b!tch so much about how we don't want the same thing.
You know where the 'obsession with control' comes from? It comes from when men hear stupid sh!t like this come out of a woman. You don't hear women complaining about how many choices they have when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth, you don't hear women complain about the daunting abundance of yaoi fanfiction and fancomics, you don't hear women complain about the abundance of female characters in a magical girl anime, and you CERTAINLY don't complain about I, Robot.
So, anyone else have any debunking facts or observations?
