((I guess I'll just drag on, then.))
"Maybe we can make some sort of super-medicine," Zeik suggested, "Something that could heal anything up to broken limbs while on the battlefield."
"That does happen a lot to my robot friends..." Sari said, "Why, is it something you run into a lot, too?"
"You could say that," Zeik responded, rubbing his arm. "But I have my own quick fix, I'm saying we should find a way to apply that to other robots, maybe even organics."
"That sounds great!" Sari rubber her chin in contemplation, "But it also sounds like it's going to be really hard."
"Challenges excite me," Zeik said, cracking his knuckles in anticipation.

((ah ok thanks. I hope you don't mind if I start with Crystal as staff or teacher; if she is, she would be an art teacher. And Rosie, for now, not yet become a student, just visit to see what the academy looks like at where her sister work so that will she join or not)) It's been a long time since Rosie and her family been away for months. Now they are back to the town. Also a new home to stay. What suprising is Crystal got letter from the academy to work with them as (staff/teacher). So a week after receiving the letter, she went there and yes, her little sister followed her to see what kind of academy that her sister will work Crystal whistled, "Never knew Dr Wakeman had to run an academy." She then noticed Rosie, her timid little sister, looking around with both amazed and shy at the same time. "Relax, Rosie. You will get used to this place." "But...there's too many people, "Rosie said. Crystal know that it's not because if that, it's her newly clothing she is wearing right now. Her shirt more look like a sailor school uniform shirt and she is wearing a glove (In other words, she wear just like Sakura from Street Fighter, just she wearing shorts fc00.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/364/a/0/rosie__o3o_by_crystalviolet500-d700a4z.jpg ) Crystal can read Rosie's shy and embarrasing face of what she was thinking, "Don't be shy. You look cute with that new outfit." She peted her head like any older brother and sister will do. "You can go home if you want," Crystal said. "N-no," Rosie shacked head, "I want to be with you, sister" Crystal sigh, "Alright. But remember not to get involved into trouble, ok?" Rosie nodded as they went into the academy.

The students now doing "Kata" in each pairs, and Karen not the exception. Following the instruction of Sensei Jack, she knelt to the mat, bowing her classmate with respect then grabbed the bokken up. With the boy named Pedroso, Karen started:
"Nice to meet you. I'm Karen!"
"Hey, Karen. Name's Raimundo! But you can call me "Rai", too."
That's a nice name, though. Anyway, focusing onto the duel, Karen advised:
"Be careful, though. The bokken could hurt if swinging not properly!"
As that boy looked so enthusiast, the girl must ready for herself a countermeasure. Sensei Jack announced the duels to begin, Raimundo charged into Karen. A swing to the right flank, the girl easily blocked it with her bokken. Slid her opponent's blade out, Karen aimed into left leg as a counterattack. Waiting that strike blocked by Raimundo, she twisted her body into a full circle with another hit into her classmate's shoulder.
But, Rai blocked again swiftly, smirked:
"Is that all you'd got, lady?"
"He's tough!" Karen thought. Better to change the tactics. She stepped forward, bouncing her bokken off and struck multiple times into numerous directions on Raimundo's body. Unfortunately, that boy blocked or evaded all. Having thought about another plan, Karen loosed her flank into the easy target for her opponent.
Rai took the chance and aimed into that position. But, Karen blocked it intentionally. Before the boy could prepare for himself, she slid the blade struck into his abdomen, but stopped before making the impact.
Inside Koith's class, he was now teaching the students about using firearms.
"Say goodbye to the silly-looking paintball guns, rookies! These guns, using highly condensed paintball acted as the bullets, they will share the same characteristics with the live firing counterparts. And of course, they are live guns, too! But, don't even think about bringing another scrap metals and load them into my magazines. Or else, you will be my target!"
In the firing range, he turned on the holo-projectors with the animated targets. The combat instructor said:
"Get into your positions, and on my mark, kick into those dummies asses! But, aim down your sights and shoot wisely, make your balls count!"

Wakeman had been watching Karen's battle with Raimundo with interest, trying to decide if she might be ready for early field work with Team Alpha when the intercom blared to life.
"Doctor Wakeman, you've got a visitor," Brad's voice said.
"Let them in," Wakeman said, pressing the record button on her computer, curious to see how the girl fared. ***
Iris and Skyler separated, returning to their starting stances before launching back into battle again. Iris feinted, appearing to go for Skyler's legs before transitioning into an overhead strike, but Skyler simply rolled out of the way, turning in time to block Iris' next attack before charging into her, knocking her back before going for a stab. Iris managed to parry, but going for another overhead strike, but Skyler had slid out of the way, trying to hit her from the back, but Iris managed to block just in time.
"You really live up to your reputation," Iris said.
"You're not too bad yourself," Skyler admitted, frowning.
She hated to admit it to herself, but Iris had the skills to back up her ego. She didn't know whether this made the girl's arrogance more tolerable, or even more irritating.

(That's a great idea. She was design to be look like a girl in school girl fight outfit after all. Though will you agree on that, Champ? ))
The sisters came in when they heard they able to enter. "Hello, Dr Wakeman. Long time no see," Crystal greet first and of course the usual, Rosie seems shivered of shyness, "I received a letter from you for the academy"
(If you didn't remember, they used to stay in Wakeman's house in previous rp, till they gone to their journey during my hiatus in here))

The training between Karen and Raimundo continued. As the girl started getting more familiar with the bokken, her strikes became more and more deadly, though all under her control. She knew what the consequences to her classmate might be happened if she leave her attacks uncontrolled. But, Raimundo is not an easy guy since he evaded many strikes even though Karen's efforts were more deadly and accurately. Blocking one strike, he taunted:
"Not enough, lady!"
Karen smirked. As she slid the bokken once more, but not aiming to the mid or low as Raimundo expected. Instead, she aimed into middle of his head, forcing him to raise his sword to block.
BASH!
Suddenly, Raimundo's bokken broken into half caused by the immense strength from Karen's strike. Shocked, Koith's daughter stopped the attack before it could cause a possible critical damage to her classmate. Fortunately, Raimundo left his broken blade and evaded quickly. Relieved, Karen asked:
"Are you ok, Rai?"
Raimundo joked:
"You're almost killed me if I didn't fast enough!"
Back to Koith's class, the students are now standing in line, firing into the simulated targets. One of his students asked the teacher:
"Mr. Steiner! Why do we using guns while most of our classes have superpowers?"
Koith smirked:
"The reason is. One question to you. What will you choose to fight when in someday, your powers become useless?"
That student couldn't answer, making Koith to explain:
"No idea? And the answer, if you don't have any plan B or plan C in your weaponry, you are dead! Don't even think that superpowers work in any case! I'd lived in this World for more than a century. And many superheroes fell due to their arrogance in their powers! You could ask Mr. Rogers in the US History class for that!"
Looking to the students, they sprayed all the paintballs without proper aiming. Coming to the unoccupied target, Koith loaded his Nighthawk with paintballs and said:
"Don't fire from the hips! Aim down your sights and make them stable before pressing the triggers!"
Then, he fired three shots into target. They hit concentrating on the chest of the simulated enemy. Giving his gun to one unoccupied student, Koith said:
"Follow my lead, and you will be the damn snipers to be enlisted in the Delta Force if you wish!"

((I guess that could work...)) "Indeed, it has been quite a while," Wakeman said, "Of course, it would have been better if you'd made it yesterday before classes started."
For a moment she fixed Crystal with a severe look, before smiling broadly.
"But better late than never," She said, "How have the two of you been?" *** Skyler had not expected the fight to get out of control the way it had, but things had quickly escalated. The blows were coming faster and fiercer, and it was obvious that Iris was not going to give any ground. Well, Skyler thought, she wasn't going to either, and unlike Iris she fought better when she was mad. Iris swung fiercely to the side, but Skyler stepped out of the way, prodding Iris in the back. The other girl whipped around, but Skyler simply ducked under her blade, sweeping her leg under Iris' and knocking the girl to the ground. Before she could even react Skyler kicked her bokken away, holding her own blade to her throat.
"You lose," Skyler said coldly.
The look of defeat on Iris face was almost enough to make her feel sorry for the girl. What she did next erased that thought as quickly as it had arrived. ***
Iris was losing control of her temper and she knew it, but she couldn't stand it. Skyler had been making a fool of her all day, and if she didn't win this fight her fellow students would know from the start that her talents didn't live up to her family's reputation. She would lose their respect, and it wouldn't take long for Doctor Wakeman to start wondering if she hadn't made the wrong decision in inviting Iris instead of her sister.
'You're not good enough,' Beatrix's voice echoed in her head, 'And you never will be.'
The imagined words were like a blow to Iris, and when she felt an actual blow to her back she lashed out instinctively, letting fury determine her actions before she could think. When she completed her swing she found to her frustration that Skyler wasn't there.
And then, for a moment, she was floating.
'You've failed, little sister,' Beatrix's taunting voice echoed in her head, 'Like you always do. It's the only thing you're good at.'
A moment later the breath was knocked out of her. She wasn't sure whether it was the force of her impact with the mat or the imagined words that knocked the breath out of her. All she knew was that when she looked up at Skyler she was wearing the same victorious expression her sister always did when she defeated her in sparring sessions not unlike this one.
"You lose," The other girl said flatly.
For a moment Iris could only stare up at her, frustration burning through her. She had sworn to herself when she left home that she would never find herself in this position, would never have to feel the shame of defeat. Only now it was worse, because not only had her opponent seen how weak she was, so had everyone else. Iris felt rage surge through her, rage at Skyler, at her sister, at herself. And without thinking she grabbed the wooden blade at her throat, and set it aflame. As Skyler leapt back, clutching her now burned hand to her chest Iris rose, but before she could take another step she felt something cold pressed to her throat, and found a pair of blazing blue eyes glaring at her. Somehow, in the blink of an eye, Ayame Mars had been able to reach her, and press her sword to her throat
"If you EVER try to hurt my sister again," The girl said, "I promise it'll be more than your ego that gets hurt."
Iris felt a new wave of shame burst through her, and before she could stop herself she reacted the same way she always had to these situations. She tried to make herself look better by demeaning her tormentor. She grabbed the blade of Ayame's sword, sending a bolt of energy through it. Normally that much electricity would send someone to their knees, but to her surprise all Ayame did was flinch slightly.
"Impressive," Iris said coldly, "It's a shame I had to fight your sister instead of you. I'd love to test my skills against yours."
Ayame opened her mouth to respond, but Jack had stepped between them now, forcing Ayame to sheathe her sword.
"Enough!" He shouted, "Ayame, take your sister to the infirmary."
Ayame nodded, putting an arm around Skyler and leading her away.
"As for you," Jack said turning his attention to Iris, "We will have a conversation about your temper later, but for now I must ask you to leave my class."
Iris frowned bitterly, once again amazed at how she had managed to so quickly ruin her chances of making the right impression at this school.
"Yes, sir," She said, quietly.
She could feel tears coming, and did her best to fight them off, waiting until she knew that Ayame and Skyler were a safe distance away from the outside of the classroom, not wanting her new rivals to see what the duel had done to her. Then, when she was sure no one would see, she slid out of the room, leaned against the wall, and did the shameful thing yet. She allowed herself to cry. ***
Jack sighed as he turned back to his class, turning his attention to Karen and Raimundo's battle. Apparently while he had been taking care of the aftermath of the other fight he had missed a critical moment in the battle.
"Impressive, Ms.Steiner," He said, "Though I would prefer if you didn't break school equipment."
He then turned his attention to the rest of the class.
"Students," he said, "If I may have a moment of your time, can any of you tell me what Ms. Martin did wrong."
He paused for a moment, before adding.
"Besides damaging more school property."
((OOC:Alright, I need to get better at giving everyone else hooks, our OCs aren't really interacting so I need to work on giving you all things to do in classes before the next test starts. This isn't relevant to anything, I just want to own up to this bit of bad RP design.))

"Rough things happen to us lately since we start to search pixie metas. But we've been through better after finding all of them for years. Unfortunately, it cost Rosie's old body unable to function. So, Dr Fay had created a new body for her. That means she's back being 'young' yet again but her system and abilities still remains the same," Crystal replied. Upon seeing Rosie, she does look more advanced and more of fighting than normal casual robot girl. Despite that, her timid attitude still the same. "I tried trained her but..well...she accidentally broke most of Dr Fay's inventions so that will be my- I mean our excuses for not attend early," Crystal scrated her back of her head, having flashback of how 'bad' Rosie broke in their new home
"S-sorry.." Rosie embarrased

"I see," Wakeman said slowly, trying to piece together the information before her, "Well, if she is in need of training I can see if we can't find some way to enroll her in the Academy, though I must admit she'd hardly be a normal case."
