We have lives, and nothing is more important than that, so don't EVER feel bad for not being around. Anyway, the topic got me to thinking: Eventually Jenny would graduate high school. Her friends would grow into adulthood. What then? Obviously she would get a new adult body. Even if Dr. Wakeman did say she would be a teenager forever, it's not beyond her ability. What about her life then? The thing about life is that we all want to live in such a way as to feel fulfilled and happy. For each of us as individuals, this can be through all kinds of ways. Could Jenny have aspirations other than being a superhero? What kind of actual life could she live? image by raingrass.deviantart.com

My thoughts are on space as the drama of other species would have been more explored. Her sisters will be ready too, so one of them will be able to replace her for defending of Earth. Maybe she will be a Galactic Space Athlete.

The idea of what jenny does afterward has been mention twice. Armagetdroid is a hinted that she needs to do that. Escape from Cluster Planet subtly messaged at. It goes in the Megamind talk. I like that part of the movie.

So you could see her leaving the hero life behind?

Well, technically speaking, Jenny already has her adult body, it's unnecessary to give her another one. Nora specifically says Jenny is 6 feet tall (actually, 6.5 counting her pigtails) which is above average height for an adult humanoid. So I'm interpreting this to mean that Jenny was predesigned as an adult physically.
And if you compare her to the other teenage girls, there's a notable size difference, the majority of them are shorter then she is. I think Vega is the only one of comparable size. Even Misty (a genuine superhuman) wasn't as tall as Jenny. It is known that she is a teenager, since she briefly attends Tremorton High as a student when Jenny prompts her to "live like a normal teenager".
Also, the difficulty of rebuilding a system as complex as the XJ-9 battleframe chassis for purely cosmetic reasons is not very practical.
I assume Jenny will mature mentally, not physically. That as time goes on, she'll stop acting like a teenage girl and become more mature. Unfortunately, as one episode points out, not being mortal means Jenny's friends will age physically while she will not.
It's never been suggested if Jenny has any career aspirations or academic passions, so I'm uncertain what career she'd be interested in when she goes to college. I'm assuming she'd go more to follow Brad to school then out of any actual desire to attend for intellectual enrichment.
I'm now picturing Britt and Tiff joining a soriority and continuing their social ostracizing of Jenny by excluding her further. That is assuming she doesn't figure out the "rules of the game" and just stay as far away from them as possible. Although, being older and wiser, I'm assuming Brad and Jenny would make sure to go to a different college from the Krusts, just to get away from them. Of course, that's not to say they won't encounter more people of that type at whatever college they choose to attend.
And naturally, being even a part-time worldsaver is hard on your grades and job attendence. So realistically, Jenny's only option would be to turn this into a career and get paid for it. I assume as a legal teenager, she's not eligible for a high paying salary, but when she becomes a legal adult, the rules change.
I doubt she'll work for Skyway Patrol, given their level of ineptitude. So she might have to pursue other avenues, perhaps even starting her own agency or something.

It's a very broad speculation.
My head-cannon claims she'll kept growing within her AI, in terms of mentality. Her physical body, though, will remain the same. However, she was programmed to protect the planet Earth, so her superhero abilities will still be of use.
However, since it's the future of a protagonist we are talking about, it's still broad. Will she have a robot kid? Will she go to college? Will she move out of the house and live life on her own without her mother? Will she be a fashion star over the Crust Cousins?
Fans can keep on speculating. We'll never know though in terms of canon (unless the show miraculously get more episodes).
