I'll give you that, sk200. Me? I personally prefer Medabots, simplye because it's almost exactly the same but with robots instead. (In terms of art design, anyway.) Medabots? I used to love that series, before it got cancelled. Had some impressive human-sized bots like Rokusho, Arcbeetle, Femjet, Mistyghost, Belzelga etc. However I do no see any similarity to Pokemon in it. Medabots reminds me more of the Custom Robo games, in the way they train and battle their robots in a tournament style setting too, and also customize parts to make them better. Plus the robots in Custom Robo look and act similarly too. It also reminds me a bit of Cosmic Break, minus the human like robots. Dont see any similarity to Pokemon in Medabots though.

Medabots didn't get cancelled, it just ended. There's a season three, but trust me when I say to AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. It betrays everything the past seasons built up, taking a sh!t on all of the characters' efforts. Not to mention the absence of Mr. Referee, which not only takes away from the comedy, but is also yet another betrayal to the previous seasons, constantly letting the scumbag villains get away and win all of the time. They win because the referee isn't there, not because they have a good plan, not because they have better weapons, they just win because the writers are punks and want to see us and the main characters suffer.

Oh okay. I won't see season 3. I saw Season 1 and 2 a lot though.
Well I still think that Medabots is more like Custom Robo and Cosmic Break, and not like Pokemon.
Maybe the Rubber-Robo gang was similar to Team Rocket in ways, but not really that much. Also I think Custom Robo is by the same company as Pokemon. Nothing else I saw made it similar though, even in small ways.

It’s the buddy team scenario which was the theme in several series. they also had a tournament fights.
I saw the season three of medabots. It is difficult to find. They forgotten about the shocking surprise of medabot are actually aliens. It makes mcguffin of the medaforce look seem weak, which is a bad thing. There was a lot of pallet swaps for several medabots. The few good moments were quickly ruined. The pink gargoyle kilo-bot and his extreme ruthless medafighter were side tracked another powerful robot that was a big disappointment for a final battle. Spike and crosser-dawg had moment to shine by managing to fight a handicap match and defeat one by strategy. It was an underdog story that showed growth. Sadly it was dismiss in the onslaught of peppercat. The screws became from being antagonist to comedy relief to cannon fodder. Team rocket may have become comic relief, but they that they do have lives and have depth. Now they intimidating villains again and they learn from their mistakes. Which makes me wonder what happen in their training?

Ah, yes. In the second episode of the very first season, Team Rocket was a legitimately intimidating and genuinely feared team of bandits. Their pokemon were leagues above that of our heroes, making Ash and Misty's pokemon dash back into the unknown void of the pokeball, and their methods are outright terrorism. Their obsession with Ash's Pikachu is explained by Meowth, and now you know why they are after this Pikachu.
"This ain't no ordinary Pikachu, it has powers way beyond it's evolutionary level!"
However, Jessie and James stomped out Meowth before he could reveal the rest of their plans. I think they want to evolve Pikachu into Raichu, and since Pikachu can already shoot the bolts of Zeus, imagine what a Raichu with that power could do. It's like if the legendary pokemon could actually evolve.

Well now, I'd like to give my personal thoughts now on why I dislike Pokemon. I'll explain myself as well as I can. If you don't think these are good reasons, then too bad.
-I have played the card game and I dislike it. It's not very fun for me, unlike card games such as YuGiOh or some others.
-Overall, Pokemon seems to be just like a glorified version of Mexican Chicken-Fights, but with super powered creatures instead. They catch them, then pit them in battles to see who's better and even gamble money on it. I don't like Mexican Chicken-Fights either
-The Cutesyness and adorableness levels of Pokemon are very low to me. I have standards when it comes to cuteness, and Pokemon just do not meet the standards. They are nowhere near as cute and lovable as the characters in stuff such as Sonic X, K-ON, Lucky Star, Maho Shoujo Madoka Magika, Strike Witches, Touhou, and others.
-The anime just doesn`t stand close to the concept of the game, and that pisses me off. Its not like animes such as Sonic X or Megaman NT Warrior, which don't do this sort of thing.
Ash is a prime example. He didn`t even get 20 Pokemon yet and he earns 6 badges. This really pissed me off, because while playing the game, I would have much more difficulty doing what Ash could. They totally got rid of any dignity that Pokemon had, and plenty more. Even more is that often times, Ash and the others get away with cheating in winning the Gym Battles, also unfair and dumb. His Pokemon are outrageously powerful too, for the ones they are, and that shouldn't be. For instance, when Ash gets his sixth badge he's pitted against a Golbat and he chooses his Charmander. That Golbat would certainly be a no contest against Ash's Charmander, but I guess the idiot producers feel otherwise. And they even often visit places that should not exist in the Pokemon World, such as "Porta Vista," "Sunny Town," "Gringy City," and "The House of Imitae," and many more.
-Many Pokemon fans are a real bunch of morons. They've been practically zombified by the Pokemon hype. Some even start because they want to follow a group, and not because they truly like it themselves. Does anybody see something wrong here? Not that there's anythin wrong with it, but it just seems there is so many. I surely doubt there were that many that liked TMNT or such. I hate My Little Pony for similar reasons too.
That is all. I hope you now understand why I despise Pokemon about as much as I despise MLP. I could think of more, but I'm too tired to at the moment.

You know Kyubey I would scold and rant at you but I feel it would be ineffective towards you. You feel that should follow certain shows and feel if they do not follow them that course that it is a failure. You don’t see what the good things about it are or you don’t want to see them. You should be more constructive of your critic you feel that the shows you love are unappreciated and lash out on the ones that made an impact. Most of us admit its short comings but we do admire what it brings. I have shown a video how it got popular. We reveal the shortcoming because to show it is not perfect and these are the thing they need to work on if it gets a reboot or adaption to any form of media. Agai Meowth not knowing payday because it used all it experience in order to talk. When did becoming bilingual, which is a great ability, take away your ability to do a natural maneuver. That series showed that they are not limited to four moves. That was one of the negatives I had with best wishes. I learned let it go to see what they are going with it. let me give comic to represent my feeling about the four move limit. www.rarecandytreatment.com/comics/1019152/brink-of-mentality/Lt Surge Raichu fight with Ash’s Pikachu showed the errors of rushing evolution. When people stop mocking Pikachu species that is when Ash’s Pikachu will evolve. Ash’s pokemon are stubborn due to few of them belong to terrible trainers. There are Pokemon in that world have their pride and they evolving in order to win feels cowardly as they take it he power they had now was not enough. That is the reason Meowth strike both his teammates for that. That explains that small faction of team rocket but others could think differently and think what you would think. Remember the red gyradose episode.

Your right XJ-0 I that I tried not to but somehow started it when I retaliated. I should really need not to that since I already made my point.
You know the four move thing I think they did that to move the plot faster. Which I have to admit it worked. There are moves that don’t need to be used since there are just stronger move to the other. Unless they did something to change it.

Found something surprising. When I heard humans becoming pokemon is the concept of Pokemon reburst. I would write off as copying Digimon or cheap Anime power up, but I put another thought. Ash was able to do energy ball, Sabrina being psychic and stating everyone can do it they are not trying hard enough, Bill’s morpher in the games, the mystery dungeon games, Hareta series (which was still a terrible manga) and witz video it makes sense.
Yeah that’s a big pile of evidence to work up on humans are pokemon. I wonder if pokemon reburst if they are bunch of dittos
I also saw Meowth making a deal with Team Plasma in order to use their tech to make himself stronger. There is rumor of Ash’s Butterfree returning.
