(OOC: So Koith, is the battle over, or was that post just happening in the midst of the chaos?)
Bullet was still tuned into a connection with Plink, so he heard Plink's increasingly incoherent ramblings, something having to do with the number 9000. Bullet really got worried when he heard Plink's idea of taking out the mothership's cooling core.
"Hey, Plink." He said nervously over the line. "You feeling okay? Do ya think blowing up the ship's cooling whatever is the best idea? I mean, once it goes, the ship will become a practical atomic bomb. Furthermore, it will be falling right on top of Tremorton."
But before Bullet could pursue the issue any further, the sound of an agonized scream puerced the air. Bullet turned just in time to see Viktor falling out of the air, having just been his full-on by one of the large warships' lasers. Bullet swooped down just in time to catch Viktor lo more than fifteen feet from the ground.
"Bullet, I'm fine." Viktor asserted. "Laser didn't get through the armor, just a few bumps an bruises."
"No, Viktor, I'm taking you somewhere safe." Amidst the chaos Bullet flew to Viktor's house. It wasn't far. Upon arriving, Bullet found the bombshelter that most Tremorton houses had due to the high invasion rate. Bullet forced Viktor to stay inside while he locked the entrance with a special lock Professor N had designed that was nearly unbreakable by anyone who didn't understand Bullet's own programming, as the lock was connected to his system.
"I'll be back before you know it, Viktor." Bullet reassured as he flew back to the battlefield to readdress Plink.

Jakob shook his head in response to the request to lend assistance.
"I don't know you," he reasoned, "You're an unknown factor. Already know where to bring the President anyway."
With that, the cockpit closed and the mech initiated the blink.
A good metre away from Gene Wright, the orb of light would appear, dispensing the slivers of the mech to form the full suit itself. It had to crouch to fit nicely in the hallway.
On Gene's phone- so as to not make noise besides the mech's sudden appearance- the AI queried as the cockpit opened up and Jakob- helmetless- hopped out with the President in tow.
//HOWDY. WHERE'S VEXUS?

Gene checked his phone, then pointed to a sliding door at the end of the hall, only a short distance from their location. "In there," he mouthed silently to Jakob. "I'll get the door. You go in first." Gene floated over to a security panel by the door. Let's see... what was that backdoor password Firaga told me about? He punched in a short series of characters on the panel. The door slid open without a sound. Holy crap! It worked!... He can never know I did this. He peered into the room on the other side and saw a familiar figure standing in the middle, looking out on the carnage through massive windows. Gene turned back and gave a thumbs-up to Jakob. "Okay, your turn," he mouthed.

((OOC: Well, there're many places secured to the hands of US, which means the Clusters retreated, doesn't mean the battle over))
The rain still heavily,
At the Junkerton, the place is now safe due to the successful defense at the downtown blocked the advance of the Clusters. The wounded being taken care inside the barracks. Also, US Army and allies rallied, turned this place into a well defended base of command. Koith was talking with the commanders via comm-link.
-Well, did we contact with the Vice Boss?
-After the Big Guy being abducted, he used to think about a ceasefire in exchange! But now, he changed his mind, he will throw any privates as he can to put an end to this invasion.
-That's mean we must fight into the final battle, right?
-Carving the path to victory by blood, comrade Commander! From the past, we used to with your facist owners on our land.
-I also have some news, Commander Blue Metal! United States Communist Party wished to appoint you to be their Chief Secretary! We don't mention it since you'd proved to be a war hero valiantly, and I bet in an early election, you might become a new President if they leave behind your origins.
-I'll be at their side as I'd served for their comrades for many decades! Now, how's the situation of the other states.
-Those guys still hiding under their barbed wires and the Clusters didn't attack with maximum firepower as far as us! Tactically, Tremorton must be the main battlefield of the whole invasion.
-So we must make a tactical victory against them, right?
-The strategic points of the city are the Town Hall and TV Station, both were Cluster-controlled! If we taken them back, those bugs will be forced back to their ships.
-And we should make an end to this war, of course! How many F-40 squadrons do we have?
-Four, Commander!
-Then we shall split them into four wings of attack! I'll command the South wing. From the North and the West, tanks and rangers commence the attack. At the East, choppers will commence the bombardment to flatten the defenses while tanks from behind advance. Fighters will take air-supremacy to cover the heads! After all, we shall make a final strike toward them.
((Omnios, you can make your Vega's turn now. But watch Jakob and Gene movements))

Plink got wide eyed and stopped walking. "Uhhh...yeah. Didn't think of that..." Plink said as he started to pace around. "Okay...so that option is out...maybe I can figure out how to override the ship's navigation systems and send it back home..."

Jakob put his hand over the President’s mouth, and moved in quickly. The mech primed its legs for a forward lunge. Within the microsecond between Gene’s granted permission and their moving out, Jakob and the mech had devised multiple movement plans and priority targets. They would move in within the first second, and open fire by the second.
Tired of going non-lethal at this point, Jakob and the mech were equipped for maximum destruction.
—
Two Cluster drone guards stood at-attention on the outside of the door- having failed to hear said door silently open.
Before one could make strangely comical conversation, One jerked to the side as a plasma round punched against the side of it’s head, sending it to the floor with a thud. The second one had less luck, getting popped almost immediately after.
The Cluster drones on the bridge had no time to turn and see who it was who just entered and fired the shots, as Jakob had begun to fire grimly accurate shots from his pistol, popping each Cluster drone one at a time. Time seemed to slow down as Jakob stepped forward, inch-by-inch- towards the stairs leading to the upper part of the bridge.
Then the mech stormed in. With a simple turn and a single charge, a massive plasma beam lanced and arced to cleave through a large chunk of the bridge- even going so far as boring a huge cut through the inner and outer hull in the same general direction.
When the pistol was out of ammo, Jakob simply dropped the weapon and shoved the President forward. From under his shifting plating, the android pulled out his submachine gun, and continued the course with more of the target Cluster Bots- all of whom were still trying to piece together what exactly is happening.
From the perspective of the Cluster, there would’ve been two quick bangs, a rapid succession of similar bangs, then an immense slice of plasma that caused their visual sensors to scramble ever-so-slightly. When the mass destruction was over, the single bangs were replaced with a more rapid shooting.
Jakob thrust a foot forward to kick the president further toward where Vexus was- who by now would’ve been able to turn around to see a gleefully grinning android coldly shooting her crew with a submachine gun, a tall mech dispensing pure, unadulterated pain, the President cowering on the floor in front of the android, and Dr. Gene Wright doing (Whatever he’s doing while Jakob’s reign of terror is going on.)
“I’m tired!” Jakob shouted as the Cluster soldiers finally got a grip and started grabbing their weapons to retaliate. By then, the mech had prepared a second volley of destructive plasma, and opened fire to slice through the upper left end of the bridge.

Plink tried walking to the bridge (which to his surprise he kept seeing more dead bodies on the floor than Cluster droids willing to take a shot at him). It wasn't until later when he spotted the large mech, the president bound and gagged, the human who held the dog tags earlier, and a relatively creepy looking human...or....android?!

Vega and Eric stood outside Sheldon's house, looking up at the massive wareship--the Obliterator--and explosions coming out of the ship's hull.
Vega activated her comm-link and accessed the Obliterator's communications channel.
"This is Queen Vegadallia Vexusari Voltzworthy. To whomever is destroying the Royal Starship Obliterator: DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT SHIP COSTS?! More than you people make in a lifetime! If you destroy that ship, the new one is coming out of your next paychecks for the next one-hundered galaxial cycles!" Vega yelled.

After opening the door for Jakob, Gene had slipped back behind the pipe to avoid being seen by Vexus. The sounds of gunfire were his first clue that he'd made a horrible miscalculation. Yep. Definitely not telling Firaga about this. He peered out from his cover to see the android systematically slaughtering the queen's bridge crew.
"What the s***, man?" Gene shouted. "I brought you here to talk some sense into her, not... Jesus, man!"
Vexus eyed Gene with a scowl, surprised and disappointed to see him there, then dove for cover on the far corner of the bridge. Not the bravest course of action, perhaps, but she had her bodyguards for a reason.
As Plink walked toward the open bridge door, Gene held up an arm to stop him. "Don't. Don't go in there. It's a bloodbath." He then heard Vega's pronouncement on the intercom. People are dying and you're worried about a piece of hardware? Classy.

"Don't. Don't go in there. It's a bloodbath." Gene said.
"Not any different if you look outside." Plink said. "And I'm trying to find the navigation computer. I figure I may be able to send this big fat ship home and at least...well...phase the attacks."

Piercing through a thick curtain of water, squadrons of F-40s deploying to the battle positions. On the below, iron tracks and boots stepping through puddles of blood, oil and water, rubble of the ones used to be the hi-rise buildings, skyscrapers and many other things. Koith dashing through the dark, raining and thundering sky inside one of his F-40s. The radio sounded:
-Commander, attack wings all ready! Now awaiting your order.
-Do it,-Koith replied, then he turned into the squadron channel-We're going low for bombardment, watch your fire down there!
-Eagle One ready! Eagle Two, Eagle Three all ready!-The team answered, and the fighters lowered their attitudes. Beyond the heads of the Clusters, the fighters dropped bombs down to them, massive explosions shaken the Earth to the core. The sign of the battle sounded, rangers with tanks advanced in the middle of hot and melting plasma bolts. The Clusters used every gears of war they got, Beetle tanks, flying troopers and heavy assault to defend the strategic points, the Town Hall and TV Station. The hot plasma pinned the spearhead? No worry since Marie leading the choppers squadron to deal with by miniguns and rocket launchers as Grinder became side-gunner. The Abrams made a good covering place for troopers as the Clusters have no hi-explosive shells. The AT-Xs did its best by piercing through the rounded, slippery "heads" of the Beetles if AP shells didn't make sense. But, the defenders still crowded, and their flies will easily burn the wings into dust, as their firepower still deadly with humans technology. Multiple-targeting online, Koith and his wingmen left some surprises with those flying bugs, rocket swarms. The wings of F-40s gliding under the rain, cutting through the shadow inspired the troopers below. Bullets, plasma and rockets flies all over the sky, men, droids and vehicles at both side fallen one by one. With all the efforts, the US Army broken through the Clusters barricade, as they fallen under the tracks. The Clusters at the TV Station routed back to their ships, while some hardheaded stay inside the Town Hall to defend. Then, with some bombs as the final blow, the main entrance of the building breached, the soldiers stormed in and eliminated every hostiles left. While Mayor's room still being locked, but a minute later, from its window, a tattered white flag, tied by a ammo-out blaster appeared and waving under the heavy rain. The counter-offensive was successful, Koith reports through his radio:
-Casualties report,
-We got medium casualties of the ground forces, no wings lost during the battle, sir!
-Then let's get on the final battle!-Koith replied as his eyes keep tracking on the fleets of Cluster warships with some smokes popped out from them.

*oh well, " Dr Falcon just watch Jakob walked away with the President. He felt sorry for the president. Still, it was President's fault to begin with. Remember his promise to Crystal, he wear his visor headphone, "Crystal, can you hear me?"
"Yeah, I'm hear you," Crystal replied during rescuing a small boy, "Can you locate some other survivors around the city?"
"Just a moment, Dr. Falcon's visor in loading during search and a sound of 'ting' is heard, "head 2 o'clock of your location. Someone was trapped inside the building"
"Gotcha," Crystal flew away to location
"Rosie, can u hear me?" Dr Falcon then open into Rosie's communication system.
"Y-yes, "She was defending with her gun and an ally at where Koith ask her to go.
"Let me locate the enemies you had to shoot, ok?"
"R-right..thank you," Rosie felt relieved

"Well, the navcom would be on the bridge," Gene said to Plink, "if it hasn't been shot to hell already. You wanna go in there and take your chances in the crossfire, be my guest. But sending this ship home might not be the best idea, unless you have a plan to get back to Earth without being caught by the Cluster's defense forces. Or unless you're into the whole 'heroic sacrifice' thing."

"What the s***, man?" Gene shouted. "I brought you here to talk some sense into her, not... Jesus, man!"
Jakob had also detected the complaints raised by Queen Vega via the bridge speakers that still worked, but he was just tired of this whole situation. Either Vexus call off her fleets, or she dies. Simple as that.
It's not what XJ-0 would do... but given the hopelessness of the situation, Jakob made the realization that he was not XJ-0... "I'm not strong enough..." Jakob muttered as he took out the last visible drone with his submachine gun.
Vexus had taken cover before the android could get a bead on her. Not that he would've done so anyway. By the time the last visible drone was down, his submachine gun was out of ammo. From two compartments near the Admiral's chair (where Vexus took cover) two burly-looking bodyguards appeared.
Get the one on the right, Jakob transmitted to the mech.
Dropping the submachine gun onto the floor in a similar fashion to his pistol, Jakob pulled his scattergun from another compartment under shifting plates. He then charged straight to the left-side bodyguard.
Before the right side one could open fire with his enormous assault rifle, a piercing spear of plasma blasted a hole straight through the robot's thorax, clipping everything at once. A double-tap would not be needed.
The admiral's chair was also destroyed, and so was the front window.
The second one got to open fire, but Jakob leaped to tumble and slide. He got hit multiple times, but it didn't stop him from getting close enough to squeeze the trigger just before sliding under the cluster bot's legs.
The drone's head exploded, and the rest of the bot dropped to the side.
"Vexus!" Jakob shouted as he kicked himself back upright- with scorch marks amidst the couple of dents in his armour. One shot blew off a good half of his synthetic skin scalp- revealing a hardened allow skull the same colour as the rest of his exoskeleton. "You have ten seconds to call off your fleets and talk it out, or you will die just like your little worker drones!"
The mech already tracked her signal, set up a countdown, and charged another plasma lance- in the event that Jakob didn't get to her first.
Meanwhile, the President was shivering in unparalleled fear at the unspeakable horror that was the corpses of multiple cluster drones littering the bridge, three massive gashes that cut through the ship to the outside, and a mech that had the firepower to do that in the first place.
---
Meanwhile, Jakob's helmet sat on the lawn outside the Wakeman mansion. If it could think, it would think "How can you treat me this way, running away?"
But since it can't think, it remained laying on the lawn, designed designed to fit Jakob's head and only Jakob's head- as any other head would find it uncomfortable.

"Mmmmm....not part of my plan." Plink said as his arm extended a wire probe. "I can simply send in a virus that gives us ten minutes to leave before it warpdrives out of here. But...uh...if you two are busy with something...i'll wait."
