hanes: An OC stands for "Original Character", meaning you create a new character to fit with the show.
---
Cluster Citizens turned to get a look at the stranger to their planet- the humanoid-looking armoured robot wearing cargo trousers and a blue scarf hanging onto the leg of a large, unfamiliar mech. The tinted visor ensured his synthetic skin face wouldn't be visible from a distance. Those that got close enough to be able to see his human-looking face would also clearly notice the stitches around the mechanisms that replaced his eyes, and the unceasing grin that made him look like an ax-crazy murder-bot.
Eventually, Jakob hopped off of the leg onto a sidewalk. Across the street he stood on was a series of homes and convenience stores. Immediately across was an oil restaurant.
//WHAT NOW?
"Now," Jakob said, "We ask Joe Public."
//BY 'WE', YOU MEAN 'YOU'.
"Affirmative," Jakob- the system with more social experience- replied. He waved to a couple of Cluster citizens. "Pardon me," he said as he approached.
The citizens seemed to stare nervously at the mech- which stepped closer along with Jakob. The android turned and glared at the mech. "Really?" Jakob displayed synthesized irritation.
//WHAT?
"They're Civvies, and you're several times their size! Give them some space, and reduce sudden movements."
//APOLOGIES, SIR.
The mech stepped back and froze like a block of ice.
Jakob shook his head and turned back to the citizens, who were now standing at a safe distance behind two more Cluster robots in what appeared to be enforcement-level modifications.
"Okay, perhaps you two could help," Jakob said.
"With what?"
"Heard that Cluster was attacked. Attackers comprised of human soldiers."
"What do you know about that?" One asked in suspicion.
"That's the thing: I don't know anything. I don't know who sent them, and I am an observant robot."
"You from Earth?"
Jakob shrugged and finally nodded. "I just need to get the Cluster's side of the story, hopefully determine who could have headed the op, ask them why they figured throwing a wrench into Human-Cluster relations was in any way a good idea."
"Sounds like something the XJ-9 would do," one enforcer commented to another, "But should we trust him?"
"Hard to trust anyone- robot or not- if they brought a powerful weapons platform," the second replied as he examined the rendition of Jakob's helmet spray-painted on Ultima. "Why'd you bring the mech?"
//COMBAT SUPPORT. HONESTLY, WHY WOULDN'T YOU BRING A MECH?
Fortunately, the AI's voice only registered in Jakob's systems. He instead answered, "It's my mode of transport between here and Earth... But we're just wasting time here. Would you know who I could talk to about this whole human invasion fiasco? Or someone who would know who I could talk to?"
"Let's call it in. I think Her Majesty would like to help."
"Seriously?" The other asked, "Far as we know, this guy's a robot hobo from the Cluster Slums."
"Not the slums. His exoskeleton's too clean, so's the mech."
"Maybe a name could help?" Jakob asked, "Jakob."
"Jakob..." The Cluster robot hummed for a bit before saying "Nope, we don't know any Jakob.
"Trench coat, wide-brimmed hat?"
Both enforcers shook their insect-like heads.
"Nevermind, go ahead and call it in," Jakob muttered, "I'd like to get to finding out why this all happened.
//TECH OF HUMAN ORIGIN DETECTED.
Good, keep that signal locked. We're gonna talk to the Big Cheese first, Jakob silently replied to the AI as the civilians nervously walked on to their daily routine, and the enforcers called for... whatever they'd need to grant the android an audience with whoever was ultimately in charge of the Cluster's side of the whole ordeal.

While on the way back to Junkerton, Marie suddenly heard noises from afar at the entrance of her home. Back to the place, she saw an angry mob shouting with signs and a big megaphone, while Grinder and his men guarding the place. "DOWN THE NAZIS!!!", "DOWN THE WARMONGERS!!!",...those words that girl could hear clearly. While heading to Delta captain, the people look into Marie with hatred, seeing like she's the one in charge of this mess.
-Grinder, what's happened here?-She asks her comrade.
-Townspeople getting angry about the Hornet, so they decided to storm into this place and "hang" the commander up for paying his "crimes"!
-"Hang"?-Marie raises her eyebrow-Aren't they mad? Since Koith's still gone missing at Cluster,
-Hey, hey!-One guy with good ears heard that-You said who're mad? You're just hiding your superior inside this junk, and we're known it!
Then, the rest rise their speech:
-WE WANT COMMANDER! WE WANT THE NAZI PAY FOR HIS CRIMES!
-For what?-Marie annoyingly asks.
-For everything!-The one with a megaphone replied-He'd made Tremorton in fear, spreading terror among us since the criminal! And now, he'd upgraded himself into war criminal, risking our security for his aggression! We want him pay,
And the rest followed. Marie tried to calm herself for this stupidity. She asks once again:
-So how can you trust that commander is all behind this?
"WE HAVE," the crowd keeps shouting, like they're trying to intimidate the Army, then showing their proofs for Koith's crimes. It's the briefing of Operation Hornet, with the name of its Field Commander. Then, another crime record from Skyway, with the name of Koith inside, as the most wanted. "SEE?" they asked Marie and her comrades.

"Take a look around? I have never been out enough to explore the city." John said in response to Bullet.
Bullet shrugged his shoulders. "Why not? First I guess we can stop at Mezmer's and see if any other vigilantes are 'hanging out' there, then try some other places."
Bullet motioned the direction of the hip eatery and began to lead the way.
(OOC: Sorry this is so short, really busy still but wanted to keep the RP alive)

((No problem!))
"Why not? First I guess we can stop at Mezmer's and see if any other vigilantes are 'hanging out' there, then try some other places." Bullet said as he motioned to a restaurant and began walking there.
John immediately followed Bullet there. Not knowing what to expect.

Bullet led Plink and Viktor down the now-familiar path to Mezmer's. Upon arriving, he was disappointed to find that although the eatery was crowded, he couldn't see any familiar faces right away. Even still, there were so many people anyone could be easily hidden in the throng of party/restaurant goers.
"Well, Plink. Here we are! I don't see any other vigilantes at the moment, but you never know. C'Mon over to the counter, I'll treat you!"
Bullet led them to the counter and ordered the usual robo-shakes for Plink and himself and a malt for Viktor.

When Plink entered, he smiled a bit upon seeing the bustling activity of a crowded restaurant.
"Well, Plink. Here we are! I don't see any other vigilantes at the moment, but you never know. C'Mon over to the counter, I'll treat you!" Bullet said as he led him to a counter and ordered two "robo-shakes" and a malt.
"Gee. Thanks!" Plink said.

Bullet had a little smile as he watched Plink gratefully take the robo-shake he had bought him.
I've been so strange lately. I have never been a robot to speak so human-like, and why does nearly every person I meet seem so familiar? Before I met Viktor, I was my usual self, felt nothing, cared for nothing but finding Florence, and completely functioning like a robot should be. Now it seems like I'm beginning to feel almost... Alive.
Bullet turned to Plink again. "So, what's your story?"

"So, what's your story?" Bullet said. John stopped sipping on the shake, which tasted very much like chocolate...or at least, what he thought chocolate tasted like anyways, and turned to Bullet to speak.
"Three years ago, i was built by Albidus Welton as an attempt at mimicking human life...in a sense. You know...I was supposed to act, or at least try to act somewhat human. Because of some controversy I believe, I was kept hidden at home. Only going out every now and them to a scarcely populated private school and to do some mild investigation on things my father told me to investigate (like stolen credit cards...that often turn out not to be stolen). I haven't had big exposure to the outside world because of this. Today, my dad went out on a business trip and, of course, forgot to secure the household entrances. Because of this, i was able to escape so that I could do some exploration...at least until he gets back." John said before taking a small sip of the shake.

Bullet listened to Plink attentively. It only occurred to him after he finished that he would likely have to reciprocate.
He will probably expect me to explain too... Why didn't I realize that before I asked? I still don't know him quite well enough yet to be sure if I can trust him to know my true identity. I'm sure Anyway has already got an eye out for me... I'll come up with something to say.
"Hmm... Well, better make the most of it. Maybe your old man will lighten up someday and let you out for good. I have a similar scenario. My creator's bBen at on business for a while now. Finally got tired of the loneliness of an empty home.
***** ((Unrelated to SB, but important to Bullet. Not involved with the main RP))
In an old, abandoned building far from Tremorton, a ragged metal ruin of a former hero sat against a wall. It hardly ever moved, but occasionally the old golem would emit a quiet, despairing whir. It's eyes opened, staring into the dark with an exhausted, time-worn squint.
//OS: REQUIRED UPDATE NONEXISTANT. //SYSTEM DAMAGE: HIGH //REPAIR SYSTEMS: UNOPERATIONAL. //OVERALL CONDITION: POOR. DAMAGE IRREVERSIBLE. FUTURE SHUT DOWN IMMINENT.
The old hero gave a distorted sigh. "Well, Kyle. You've done all you can. In the end you were able to save everyone, at least for a while."
In his metallic right hand he clutched a strange watch-like object. In his left, a small metal locket.
"At least one of me will find her."
The hero clutched the locket close to his chest and fell into a deep, perhaps final sleep mode with a painful smile on his face.

"Yeah. I will. Or at least I'll try. " John said downing the last of the shake. "Your creator is out too? Well...it's a small world I guess. After all. For a while I thought I was the only bot here...and then I see you and everyone else. "
John looks at the empty cup. "What do we do now?" He says.

(OOC: Sorry, last one for tonight. Gotta hit the sack, up early tomorrow.)
Bullet once again listened to Plink intently.
"Yeah, there's actually a whole lot of robots out there. Of course, the famous XJ-9 was the first of us."
He paused for a moment. "Hey, we should drop by and give XJ-9 a visit. I have heard of XJ-9 but never met. Perhaps that way we can get to Cluster Prime!"
(OOC: Plink, you lead the way here for a moment. I gotta go but I'll be back first thing in the morning. about eight hours from now. If I can't make it then, then you can expect me at 6 Tremorton time.)

((No problem! I may have to cut it short myself. Ipad Internet is due to cut off in one hour. Meanwhile, i'll experiment a bit with this. Maybe make another OC for the future...maybe not...who knows)). "Hey, we should drop by and give XJ-9 a visit. I have heard of XJ-9 but never met. Perhaps that way we can get to Cluster Prime!" Bullet said. "XJ9? Never heard of him! And sure! If he knows a way to get to the cluster, sure!" John said as he jumped off the stool and walked towards the door. "Onward!" John said as he burst out the door. John paused a bit before turning back to Bullet. "Jiminy...where the heck do we go from here?" ((Mind you. I do know XJ9 is a girl. Plink just doesn't know yet ))

((I lied, one more... I figured you knew, I was gonna do the same thing))
Bullet couldn't help but smile friendily at goofy Plink. But as a matter of fact, he didn't know where to go himself.
"I don't know either, but I'm sure I can find his residence through my GPS.."
Finding the location, Bullet lead the trio out of the restraint towards XJ-9s home. It turned out to not be too far. The Wakeman residence was a large, stylish building. Columns of windows lined the walls and an army of rather quaint trees spread out in front. The whole place oozed with art-deco.
"Well, I guess this is it. Let's see if the three esteemed Dr. Wakeman and/or XJ-9 are home."
Bullet raised a metallic left fist.and knocked loud but gentle on the door to a rythmn of a tune that everyone recognised bit could never remember where it came from.
((If anyone wants to be Wakeman or Jenny they can take that over, otherwise I'll use them until someone else wants 'em for the sake of progress. Sorry plink this kinda corners you, just do what you need to. I gotta go.))

"Well, I guess this is it. Let's see if the three esteemed Dr. Wakeman and/or XJ-9 are home." Bullet said before knocking to the rhythm that Plink knew to be called "Shave-And-A-Haircut."
"And now we wait." John said.
((Hehe...i see)).

Marie takes a look into the evidences from the mob. Those citizens wish those things they given can shock the girl who's "supporting" her superior to the core, on how she had mistakenly looked into the Commander of Hornet, a run-out criminal, a blood thirsty warmonger.
About that girl, she smirks with a slight sigh. She'd lived with Koith for more than twenty-years, but those foolish guys declared themselves the "pacifist" just trying to impress her to their cause, only with their silly proofs.
-You want to see my brother, right freunde?
From behind Grinder and his men, Kane steps in like nothing happened. Seeing the Koith-like, one man from the crowd shout:
-It's him! He's tries to trick us with the paint in black!
The crowd gone angry and tried to tear Kane into pieces, but they didn't with Grinder's men on the triggers. "IT'S THE ACT OF SUPPRESSION!" they screamed just like someone shot them, but no one. Get into Marie, Kane says:
-I got some juice from Puzzle Palace that can help you dealing with those dummkopf!
"You said what? Guns? We're not scare of them!" one guy angrily mocked when hearing these words. Reassuring Grinder and his men, Kane continues:
-Don't worry, I'll deal with them as the way they're going!
Getting near the mob, they feel worried as that guy in black could draw his guns and wipe out the whole. But no, Kane did nothing to harm them, instead a gentle question:
-Where did you got the proof that my brother agitated this war?
-The...the Pentagon!-One man from the mob answered.
-So,-Kane smirks, then pulling out a recorder with a tape inside-I'd also got a little one that Langley always scared of the day they will be spitted out! Fresh words from your Mr. P!
"Mr. P..." that's the nickname of the President. Of course, the mob changed their attitude and gather around to hear the true words...
...
In the meantime, Koith in the disguise found Jakob getting along with two troopers. He got relations with Cluster? The soldier doesn't mention it. In fact, Koith's not-yet-briefed mission now is to gather any intels about Vexus' activities and alarm the Earth as she launched an assault. Blending into the crowd, Koith tries to locate the rally points of Cluster Army and solidify their countdown...
