"The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few," The robot quoted, "Though our enemies may do more harm than we." The robot turned its head towards the devastation caused by the Reichmacht bombardment, as well as some careless bomb placements on Misty's part.
Misty appeared next to Jakob, visibly vexed by the implications.
"Hey, if you didn't go around being destructive like most of the giants that come from the sea, we wouldn't have to be here!"
"Does not compute."
"...What?" Misty said, raising an eyebrow and bendings over to look the robot in the eye.
"Repeat: does not compute." Misty turned into her mist form and flew around in the air a little bit, quickly returning.
"No remote signals..." She scratched her chin, but then shrugged and walked away, as there were no more black robots. "Whatever, not my problem."

“Funny… that’s what my creator always said,” Jakob kept the LMG trained on the robot. He wasn’t sure if he should tell them that Drawl is a deity biased towards human survival, “Anyway, is there a way we could figure out an anti-extinction plan without unexplained attacks and sloppy skirmishes? And as a follow-up, where is the XJ-9? Is she still alive?”

"Mond Hauptsitz!" Koith jelled "Come in, Mond Hauptsitz. Do you copy?"
After seconds of lifeless static, the comm went back as the commander of Moon HQ coughing.
"This is Mond Hauptsitz, our base destroyed by that battleship...*coughing* We're at the escape pods and flying back to Neo Berlin!"
Koith paused in horrified, in the blink of an eye Reichmacht has lost one of the most important base at the outer space. But he had to do what he must recently.
"Gather all survivors and return to Neo Berlin ASAP."
"Roger...*static..."
Calling to Neo Berlin, Koith ordered.
"Activate our special weapon. Directive 3."

"Should we follow them?" The unidentified ship's captain said.
"No," The commanding voice responded, "They are no doubt retreating to the Neo Berlin Islands. Keep to your objective, captain."
"Yes sir," The captain saluted, as the comm-link was deactivated. "You heard the guy, next objective in line."
With that, the ship turned back towards Earth, its sights and weapons aimed at Tremorton.
---
"The only way for that to happen is the boycott of machanical entities such as you and I," The robot explained, "Only then can humanity be truly free from the doom of its own making. All other alternatives have been thoroughly explored and failed. Humanity will not give up one of its greatest strengths so easily, so we must force their hand."
Jakob and Koith could hear a loud, rumbling noise from overhead. As the world around them was covered in shadow, the looked up to see the battleship that fell Reichmacht's moon base.
"Oh great..." Val said, Super X walking over to the pinned enemy robot and grabbing it by the arms, holding it down with its foot."You're gonna have to let these go."
With a powerful yank, the black robot was literally disarmed. With the fog gone, Super X activated its boosters and flew up to the airborne fortress.
"Shock Anchor!" Agai commanded, making both of Super X's hands transform into blades and launch into the side of the ship, "Discharge!"
Super X pumped plasma particles into the ship, making bolts of energy arc across the ship.

That thing was huge. But there was still a battle going on and Koith must command Neo Berlin for the next steps.
"Is our weapon ready?"
"We're working on it, Kommandeur!" the HQ replied "We'd identified the material components made the unknown robots, but we didn't make sure that battleship made by the same materials to deflect our plasma shots."
"Whatever it's made from it must be destroy before the entire humanity in vain!" Koith said "Keep me updated."
"Ja, Kommandeur!"
He prepared himself every weapons he could in order to defeat that fortress. Suddenly,
"I saw the fall of our Mond Hauptsitz, bruder."
"Kane?" Koith surprised.
"I'm not Kane anymore, bruder." replied Kane "Neither Kriegsmaschine Ausf-IX. But whenever the humanity needs me, I shall be there for help."
"Then would you bring the one who destroyed Mond Hauptsitz down?"
"...*static*..."
No responses anymore, what the hell Kane just said? But no time to lose, Koith joined the battle before that battleship could cause further damages to Tremorton.

“If humanity is going to become extinct no matter how hard you tried- especially with time travel- maybe there’s no stopping it,” Jakob replied. “I, for one, am not going to stand while innocents are being threatened and a mother sits at home without a daughter.”
With that, Jakob finished off the second robot so he could turn focus on the looming battleship. From his position, he was unable to reach the ship. Blinking with the mech was too risky, and Jakob’s personal blink system was still in development.
Not like he could send commands to the mech in the first place. It was too dangerous to reactivate suit systems at the current time. Jakob explored his options. The boosters could theoretically propel himself up to the ship, provided there was a proper landing platform, and he launched off from the tallest building in Tremorton.
He could request a lift from G-Force, but they’re more vulnerable, and also too busy engaging the ship.
Skyway Patrol, meanwhile, was getting the evacuation underway. Jakob resorted to providing support for Skyway Patrol as they, in turn, provided medevac for the wounded and fog-afflicted. He wondered if in a previous timeline, they may have fought Stylus. Judging by their presence now, they probably lost… well, not lost as in physically beaten- though they probably were from the sheer volume of mech lasers. Lost as in ‘failed to save humanity’.
Come to think of it, how would destroying all robotics save humanity? Why didn’t they target the Cluster, or the Azerni first? They’ve posed a threat to Earth for many a decade before the peace treaties.

Suddenly, the Wakeman Manor's roof burst open, a somewhat antiquated rocket screaming towards the enemy ship. Nora Wakeman piloting, Jericho took the pessenger seat as he established a Comm-link with all heroes on the scene.
"Super X, your new objective is to clear a path for me and Wakeman, this rocket's tracking system says that XJ-9 is on board of that ship," He started, "Misty, your new job is to provide backup. You'll get a 20% bonus if the mission succeeds."
"Make it 30%, and we got a deal." Misty haggled.
"Deal, now get to it." Just then the enemy ship launched hundreds of robots, each one clearly more advanced than the black robots that they have been fighting so far. However, they were also much smaller, between the size of a G-Force Lone Star and the Stylus mecha. Super X retracted its Shock Anchors to do battle with the oncoming threat, the blades opening up into laser cannons.

"You're gotta be kidding me!" that huge ship released its load of robots which looked more advanced than the things wreaking havoc to the city down there. Suddenly, Koith saw many lines of shells raining down towards the hostile battleship. According to Koith's quick scan, with each shell capped with Lunarium-Incendiary Armor Piercing or also called LIAP which explode upon impact thus releasing massive amount of EMP which pierced through the hostile ship's energy shield. The "rain" kept falling down to the ship, with its shield down the shells now did damages to the hull.
From beyond the sky, the rain of shells aimed to the hostile robots either though at the lower firepower concentration and many of them being pierced easily. But who commenced this barrage, Koith didn't find an answer at the moment, but there was a battle and he must roast the fog to carve a path for his allies to attack the hostiles.

"Sir, that bombardment came all the way from the Neo Berlin Islands!" a panicked soldier reported, "And we have an interceptor coming in at 8-o' clock!"
"Excellent," the captain got up from his chair, "Let them board! Give our creators what they're looking for! As for Neo Berlin, have all units retreat back to the ship. Koith will not attack us if he knows XJ-9 and Nora Wakeman are on board."
---
Just then, all of the flying robots paused for a moment, before retreating back into the larger enemy ship. Super X flew in front of the Wakeman rocket, as several curved plates formed over the nose to make a drill. The shuttle burrowed deep into the enemy ship, finally stopping near the exact center.
The hatch opened, and the two robot scientists stepped out. Jericho activated his personal armor suit, when Misty appeared before him.
"Here we are," she started, "First-class escort to Jenny."
"Misty, your job is done," Jericho clarified, "I'm not paying you to do anything from here onwards."
"What, you think I'd just abandon Jenny?" Misty scoffed, "Jenny's my friend, I got a personal stake in this too, you know."
"Just don't expect pay, is all I'm saying." Jericho moved to the door in front of them.

During the battle, Koith received the report from Neo Berlin while looking to the retreating hostiles.
"Kommandeur, our weapon is ready. Please pick your targets!"
Koith surprised.
"Didn't we fire on them recently?"
"Negative, sir!"
"Then who fired those Lunarium shells?"
Koith's question seems to be answered by having seen something flying even above the head of the hostiles which soon blinked away. A moment later, he received the the intels.
"Kommandeur, we have spotted a rocket flying towards the enemy battleship. Scanner said that it containing XJ-9 inside!"
"Doesn't she still in the recovery?" Koith surprised.
"Negative idea, sir. But it's possibly that there would be an arrangement for this!"
"Ok, hold your fire until my final order. We can't risk to cause any civilian casualties caught by explosions and misfires!"
"Roger that!"

Jakob, being the only one equipped to kill the enemy bots, was single-handedly defending Skyway Patrol as they efficiently milled civilians out of the danger zone. Between the void and his heavy weaponry, Jakob was clearing the streets. By the time Jakob ran out of ammo for his LMG, Skyway had finished the evacuation.
He swapped the LMG out for his immensely powerful sniper rifle, and used his thrusters to launch himself up one of the buildings. The higher ground would bring him out of range of the fog, so he would be able to reboot the suit systems and get in contact with everyone else.
As the comms were booting up, Jakob scanned the streets below. From up high, the patterns of the fog were strikingly obvious, to the point where he could manage a few shots that resulted in kills.
“If you need my help aboard the ship, I need a lift,” Jakob announced on the frequency he knew G-Force used.

"We got it covered, sparky," Misty said to Jacob via comm-link, "I'm sure we got this covered--"
"Ignore that, Jakob," Jericho interrupted, "Super X, you know what to do."
Super X landed near Jakob and presented him its open palm.
"Whoa, deja-vu." Val scratched his head.

“Appreciate it,” Jakob hopped aboard. He braced himself for liftoff, with sniper rifle ready to pick off any interceptors.

Jakob was taken to the hole in the ship's hull with little resistance, none of the enemy mechs had remained out in the open. Super X dropped him off at the entrance.
"Look after the boss for us," Val said, "We'll keep tabs on things out here."

He slung his sniper rifle. Though he was capable of carrying the rifle with little effort, the close quarters warranted a more personal touch. Jakob switched off the suit systems in case there were more of the fog robots lying in wait, and he moved down the corridor. Eventually, he caught up with the rest of the boarding party.
"What's happening, Doc?" Jakob asked to get up-to-speed on the operation.
